Welcome to Tring 2 Town

Started as a no-frills fun event in 2005, it has quickly become a regular fixture on our Ambition Events calendar. The 40 mile course follows the Grand Union Canal from Tring in Hertfordshire to Brentford in London.

The event has an optional format; competitors have a choice of which day and which direction to run, and for those looking for a real challenge, there is the option to run both days, both ways.

It is an ideal event to help those preparing for Marathon des Sables and RAW. Long supported training events are hard to come by in the lead up to MdeS, and two day events are even harder. Why not join us and get yourself in perfect condition!
